The location was very convenient for our needs, just a
short 5-minute walk from Masjid An Nabawi. We appreciated the upgrade to a larger room for our family, which made our stay more comfortable, though the early cleaning requests were sometimes overlooked.

Amazing Madinah experience! 🌙
Riaz and Fahim were the best! Always had a smile and really made my stay superb. Plus, the room was comfy and the cleaning crew were on point with the service. I even got fresh fruits sent up!
Only thing was the check-in could've been a bit smoother. had to wait a while at the reception.

The lifts were surprisingly efficient during peak times, making life a lot easier for anyone in a hurry. The standard double room had a nice setup with tea and coffee-making facilities, which were a welcome surprise, especially during Ramadan.
I found the plastic mugs in the room to be a deal-breaker for those who enjoy hot drinks. they're simply not suitable, although the porcelain cups were provided upon request. I had to call in for room cleaning, which can be a hassle at times, especially after long days. The bathroom could benefit from larger screens, or at least some sort of barrier, to prevent water from splashing all over the floor. And let's be real, the check-in process could've used a bit more greasing. I had to wait longer than I'd like.

great location but needs smoother check-in
The hotel is ideally located with easy access to the main road, which meant no traffic delays when visiting nearby attractions. I appreciated the well-maintained common areas that made relaxation easy after long days. The breakfast selection was impressive, especially the live cooking stations that added a personal touch to our dining experience. We enjoyed a lovely mountain view that made our mornings even more special.
The check-in process could be improved. I had to wait longer than expected, which was frustrating after a long journey.

We had a great time at the hotel. Staff was friendly, and the room met our needs for a group vacation. Can't beat the location for visiting nearby sights like the historic mosque and local markets. Definitely recommend checking out breakfast, although it had limited choices.
One downside was the check-in process, which could have been smoother. It took longer than expected, and after a long journey, that was a bit frustrating.

Arriving at the hotel brought a delightful surprise with a warm welcome and a refreshing fruit platter in our room. The breakfast offered an impressive array of options, highlighted by the live egg station, and the common areas made it easy to relax and enjoy. the bathrooms could use larger screens for better usability, and occasional delays at check-in were noted. relying on staff for room cleaning during peak times proved inconvenient at times.
